ADC Announces New Director of Membership Services and Communications

The Board of Associated Designers of Canada is pleased to announce the appointment of Sheila Sky as Director of Membership Services and Communications.

Sheila has previous ADC experience, having worked with Ron Francis Theatrical Management during the period when Ron was our Executive Director. As part of RFTM, Sheila had responsibility for budget, preparation of the ADC Newsletter, coordination of conferences and meetings, outreach programs and the fee database.

During her time away from ADC, Sheila has built a long impressive background in arts management, ranging from administration of several music ensembles and theatre companies (in both not-for-profit and commercial sectors) to management of individual performing artists.

Sheila also found time to devote to her growing family. So it’s with great pleasure that ADC welcomes Sheila back after what must be the world’s longest maternity leave!

Sheila’s appointment takes effect on October 15 and her email address will be membership@designers.ca.
