Both the ADC/PACT Agreement and Design Engagement Contract, as well as theADC/ Independent Producer Standard Agreement and ADC/Independent Producer Design Engagement Contract have been revised in 2011.  They are available for download in the Members Only section of this website.  Producers requirings copies of these documents are requested to call the ADC office, or e-mail Sheila, Director of Membership Services & Communications at adc@designers.ca
