Who We Are / How We Function
ADC is a federally incorporated non-profit with legal standing as an artists' association under the Status of the Artist Act. The board is made up of professional designers who volunteer their time to govern the organization. The board members have a term of two years. As of June 2013, the board was made up of ten designers:

ADC's financial administration is provided by Small Theatre Administration Facility ("STAF"). For questions regarding your RRSPs, contract filing, and bonds you may reach STAF at firstname.lastname@example.org.
